I created these documents to support the San Francisco African American Reparations Advisory Committee’s work. I developed these using original research, communications design and thought leadership principles, among other things.

Draft San Francisco Reparations Plan

I supported the AARAC in developing the Draft San Francisco Reparations Plan, which was submitted to the SF Board of Supervisors and Mayor London Breed in December 2022. I managed overall plan development, including working closely with AARAC leadership to translate policy goals and ideas into over 100 comprehensive policy recommendations, identifying themes from public feedback and Committee meetings, research, and working with the internal HRC team to construct the report’s narrative.
