Yes, there are Black people in San Francisco, and we're here to reclaim our narrative! How do we ensure equitable access to spaces, and how does our relationship to place matter? Reclaiming SF asks these questions and seeks to expand people’s understanding about spatial justice, and to empower everyone— but especially Black communities— to exchange ideas, and ultimately co-create a San Francisco where Black people thrive, now and forever.

Reclaiming SF is the manifestation of a new vision from the nerdy, eccentric mind of Juell Stewart — It is a series of events that invites Black folks to come kick back, share their stories and engage in dialogue about community and principles of spatial justice.
